• Dimensioned floor plans – If planning or tender info is supplied assumptions will have to be made.
• Elevations showing external requirements
• Sections showing eaves detail
• Roof layouts
• Joist layouts
• Concrete floor layouts
• Engineer’s drawings
• External wall construction
• Internal wall construction
