We are delighted to announce the promotion of Neil Mason as Managing Director of Birtley Group. Neil’s appointment follows the progression of former Managing Director, Jason Anderson, into a new role within Hill & Smith PLC.
Hill & Smith PLC’s US-based Group President, Denise Beachy, visited the business to express her personal thanks to Jason for his leadership of the Birtley Group over the last three and a half years. Jason established a new senior leadership team and set a strong strategic foundation for the business.
Neil, a big-four trained chartered accountant, joined Birtley Group in March 2022 as Finance Director, having previously been CFO Europe at Formica for 10 years. Outside work, Neil enjoys sports with his family and is a keen runner and squash player.
